The Priest
The ceremonial priest orchestrates the ritual. Dressed in a ceremonial white and gold robe, he/she is the medium that communicates between heaven and earth in an elegant flow of actions. He/she is proficient in the matters of the spirit world, astrology, divination arts, sacred geometry, chanting, sacred space and psychological council. In Thailand spirit house priests have usually spent time as Buddhist monks. They also have shamanic skills and are trained in Hindu ritual formalities making them a very unique source of wisdom.
